How do I cancel my loan if my order is returned or canceled?

If you would like to return your order and cancel your associated loan, contact Enervee support by phone or email with your full name, email, phone number, and the reason for the return. Once your return is confirmed and processed, our team will coordinate with KeyPoint Credit Union to begin cancellation of your loan. Refunds to your loan account can take up to 7 business days to process after the return is confirmed.
